"Bovine" comes from Bovinae, which is the subfamily name of cows. The subfamily name of pigs is Suinae, so we would call them "swine".
The answer is "porcine"
Swines are classified as pigs, and thus, are the same things.
Pigs are swine, cows are bovine, sheep are ovine, horses are equine, etc.
See the related question below for information about why the 2009 pandemic swine flu was named that.
I don't think the question was whether they were bovine "cows" or not -- obviously they aren't. I think the question was if they were included in the antiquated meaning of "cattle" which referred to livestock in general. I think a better answer is that they're not considered "cattle" anymore, which primarily refers to bovines, but the usage of the term used to be broad enough to include pigs. See the Wikipedia page on Livestock in the History section for more info on the archaic usage.
Although both goats and cows belong to the family Bovidae, 'bovine' usually only refers to cows. The term 'bovine' comes from the name of the subfamily (Bovinae) to which cows belong; goats belong to the subfamily Caprinae.
