it would be nice to know which engine we are talking about but generally no would be the answer ----most are not adjustable and those that are would most likely be destroyed by the rotating component
The crankshaft position sensor goes through the bellhousing behind the passenger side cylinder head. The crankshaft position sensor goes through the bellhousing behind the passenger side cylinder head.
yes ,but really this sensor work like a (MD)sensor,(misfire detention),it is front the engine ,over the cranfshaft pulley.
The crankshaft position sensor is on the driver side top of the transmission bell housing.
An intermittent crankshaft sensor will not let the engine fire the correct times. This can definitely cause a misfire for the engine.
Trouble code P0300 means: Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected Trouble code P0337 means: Crankshaft position sensor "A" low input
The location of the crankshaft position sensor depends on which engine the car has. If it is the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine the crankshaft position sensor is behind the ignition module. If it is the 2.8L V6 engine the crankshaft position sensor is on the side of the engine nearest the firewall and just above the pan rail in about the center of the block.
There isn't one. It only has a dual vane crankshaft position sensor.
The crankshaft position sensor is on the top of the transmission bell housing behind the passenger side cylinder head.
o2 sensor

On the 2.8 V6 engine the crankshaft position sensor is near the bottom center of the block on the side nearest the firewall. On the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine the crankshaft position sensor is behind the ignition module below the intake manifold.
where is crankshaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor on a 2004 Jetta 2.0 gl
