Depending on what 'signs' of ovulation your referring to, most signs you get are just prior to or just as you are actually ovualting so once you have already ovualted and the egg has been fertilized you wouldn't be having any ovulation signs anyway.

There was one case in the media a few months back where a woman was pregnant with twins, but came to find out that the much smaller twin was younger than the other one.

But in 99.99% of the cases, if the fertilized egg results in a viable pregnancy, ovulation won't occur again until about a month or two after the baby is born.

Can you get pregnent the last day of your period?

If you have a regular and normal period it is very unlikely as at that time your uterus is just not ready yet for the fertilized ovum and ovulation is still to far away.

Does developing follicle means pregnancy?

A developing follicle is an egg maturing in your ovary. When it is mature it will release, and that is called ovulation. The sperm still has to fertilize the egg, and then the fertilized egg still needs to implant in the womb for you to be considered pregnant.

Can you get preagnant before ovulation?

Sperm can live in the female body for up to seven days, on average 3 - 4 days, so if you have sex before you ovulate, but then ovulate a few days later, the sperm may be alive and result in pregnancy.

When do fetilized eggs leave the ovary?

The ovary only has unfertilized eggs. The egg ripens in the ovary and is released during ovulation. If the egg encounters sperm after it has been released, it may become fertilized and result in a pregnancy. (Sperm can hang around for up to about a week, so havign sex several days before ovulation can still result in a pregnancy.) If the egg does not become fertilized, it signals the uterus lining to break down and the woman has her period, usually about two weeks after ovulation.

If you release two eggs and only one gets fertilized can you still bleed as long as a normal period?

If sex occurs in the days leading up to ovulation and one egg were to be fertilized it would prevent a period from occurring. It is impossible for a woman to have a 'period' after conception has occurred. Although spotting in early pregnancy is common, it would not be considered to be menses.

Will you still feel ovulation if you have taken a Valium?

Do all eggs have to be fertilized in the females body?

No, all the human female's eggs will never be fertilized. Most die after ovulation and before the next menstrual period. In addition, since infant girls' ovaries already contain millions of eggs before the girl's birth, there are still millions left when a woman enters menopause. These leftover eggs just die as the reproductive years end.

Can you get pregnant one day before you ouvlate?

No, pregnancy does not occur until ovulation-- ovulation is the process of the egg being released. Once the egg has been released it can be fertilized with sperm. If you have sex one day before you ovulate, it is possible to get pregnant. (Perhaps this is what you actually meant by your question?) Sperm can live inside a woman for several days-- So if you have sex the day before your egg is released, chances are, there are still living sperm inside you. It is also possible to get pregnant having sex the day after ovulation.
