No. I'm assuming you were let go for something really serious, but if you were terminated for gross misconduct and the police or courts were never involved, it ends there. It doesn't go on your record. Your employment record is not something that can be located as "public records". If I were you, I wouldn't even put that job on my resume or use as references on applications any people that work there considering that the possibility of a reference check could always take place by your next prospective employer. Just count your blessings and get another job.
