Recently, a close female friend admitted to someone who knew me, that she had stalked me for some time without me knowing that she was around me, yet I did feel a presence around me, and felt most uneasy for a long time. She joked about it, that she got away with it. I am a well educated female and write a great deal. She has admitted she has gone into my garbage and in my home, and has followed me wherever I have gone. She is not educated having grade 12 only and has stooped to the criminal element world for many years. I have stayed clean and away from her and never suspected her. What are my rights judicially?
