No. The filter will need to be replaced.
Faulty fuel pressure regulator, or injector. Make sure your air cleaner filter is not plugged.
Black smoke can be caused when there is an improper air to fuel ratio . This can be anything from a plugged air cleaner,injector,turbo....
I would start with changing the spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter. I would also try a couple of bottles of fuel injector cleaner, and dry gas.
plugged up fuel injector or bad injector itself.
A dirty air filter will cause a lost of power, also a clogged fuel filter will - Yes there are timing marks - but they are on the injector pump & usally don't change unless the hold down is lose. A good injector cleaner is a good idea to use when you fill-up.
dont even try to unclogg these. just replace them. all three will cost less than 40 bucks
Bad engine coolant sensor. Bad fuel injector. Plugged air filter.
Plugged fuel filter. Plugged PVC valve. Plugged air cleaner. Any or all of the above. I would suggest looking for a cracked vacuum hose, which is a common cause of a stall at idle..
Plugged fuel filter? Plugged air filter? Plugged catalytic converter? I would think it would be the throttle body.
Plugged air filter? Plugged fuel filter? Plugged catalytic converter? Weak fuel pump?
It usually means the gasoline is old however, if you have put an injector cleaner or something like that in your gas it may be cleaning older varnish deposits from fuel lines and even the filter. If you haven't added an injector cleaner to your tank you probably should to help dissolve any varnish buildup caused by old gasoline.
Plugged air filter? Plugged fuel filter? Timing chain sloppy? Weak fuel pump?
