Absolutely. You most likely are. A faint line just means that the hormone is not real pronounced. False positives are not very common.
You are pregnant
Faint lines are positive lines. Positive is positive is positive. It sounds like you may have been pregnant but are having/had a miscarriage. With one of my miscarriages, I had a positive home test and then 2 days later I went to get my confirmation of pregnancy at planned parenthood. The gal came back in and told me I wasnt pregnant. When I told her I had a positive test at home, she decided she had better check it again. This time she agreed that I was pregnant, but the line came so faint and so late that she had missed it the first time. The next day I started bleeding, saw my ob and was confirmed to be miscarrying. The only way for you to know for sure is to see a physician, have a pelvic exam and possibly ultrasound and repeat pregnancy test.
There are a few reasons for faint lines on an at-home pregnancy test. You could have taken the test too soon, your urine was diluted, you were using a sensitive test, or you experienced a chemical pregnancy. To ensure better clarity my suggestion is to buy a more expensive test that clearly reads "pregnant" or "not pregnant" or you could buy some other form of a digital test. That will help with any confusion that might occur with pregnancy tests that require you to read lines or dots that may appear faint. If you do have positive result and it is faint, it is quite possible that you are pregnant. Wait a couple of days and try again to see if you get clearer results.
Even if it is the faintest positive line still take it as a positive and be prepared, take another test in a couple of weeks and see if it get's darker. you never know. the faintest positive line can mean you pregnant. But like i said take another one in a couple of weeks.
It is if you are pregnant.
A positive answer on a home pregnancy test means that you are pregnant and should see a Dr. A negative answer means that you are not pregnant. If you get a negative response and feel that it is in error you should wait two days and test again or see your Dr.
This happened to a friend of mine. Turned out she was not pregnant but actually diabetic. Go see your doctor
They should take a home pregnancy test and/or go to see their Dr and tell them that you may be pregnant. If you have a positive home pregnancy test see your Dr as soon as possible and they will tell you what to do.
yes, because since this isn't your first. your body already knows that you are pregnant.
if it says pregnate it could be a false positive meaning you could have cancer instead
It is possible to get a false positive on a pregnancy test, but highly improbable. I once went in the doctor after taking a home pregnancy test and the doctor basically said that he would not test again, because they use the same test and I was pregnant. But, I did get a false positive as a teenager and the 2nd test was negative. Take a 2nd test.
No. Go to your doctor and find out what you want to do.
