Very normal. Especially when first starting the pill. Some women don't have there period at all while on the pill. So don't worry. Though it you don't have it for a while take a pregnancy test anyway to make sure.
Certain birth control pills do make your period lighter or stop completely while you are taking them. If it concerns you too much call your gyno, but I believe this is normal for some.
