You tested yourself for pregnancy ant it turned positive but after six days i started bleeding heavily with big blood clots coming out causing very painful cramps are you really pregnant?

If you test positive from a pregnancy test you are most likely pregnant (they are over 97% accurate). However, there is a low false positive rate and that could be the case in this instance.
If it has been more than 14 days since you had the sexual intercourse that you want to see made you pregnant then simply take another test, or see your doctor for a blood test.
In the event the second test shows you are not pregnant you could have simply not been pregnant and had a false positive, or miscarried a very early pregnancy.
If you are trying to get pregnant, miscarriage of a pregnancy isn't uncommon, and while it is discouraging it does not mean you will continue to have problems getting and staying pregnant. Talk about this with your physician, if you are worried or concerned about it.
If you are not wanting to be pregnant and you don't know what to do to prevent an unwanted pregnancy your health professional can advise you on that as well.

If you have symptoms of EARLY pregnancy and are seeing SLIGHT bleeding you may have "implantation bleeding". This is caused by the fertilized egg becoming implanted in the wall of the uterus in very early pregnancy. Take a simple, cheap do-it-yourself pregnancy test bought at the drug store. Follow the directions and they are very accurate. If you are pregnant, then God bless you and your child!

What is bleeding during early pregnancy?
I had bleeding very early in my pregnancy. I went to the ER and they done a routine ultrasound and it showed that i was pregnant with twins. It's very possible that it's implantation bleeding. ALOT of pregnant women experience bleeding and its completely normal. If you begin to pass clots, then i'd really worry. I'm currently 20 weeks with my twins and just experienced bleeding again and really got worried, but everything was fine. Some women bleed their whole pregnancies!

I am in the exact same situation. I hope the following info will be useful: About 25% of all pregnant women have some bleeding or spotting in the first three months of pregnancy. Many women mistake this bleeding for their period and underestimate their due dates by a month or so. The question to ask yourself is "Is this bleeding exactly the same as my usual period? Is it at the same time of the month, the same number of days? am I using the same number of pads or tampons?" Having said this, the bleeding you experienced does not necessarily mean you are not pregnant. At this stage, if you're about 2 weeks after ovulation, you can do a home pregnancy test and levels of HCG should show up.
