Yes and no. It really depends on how your body distributes the weight. Now if you want a clinical answer the answer is that you have a BMI of 26.2 which technically falls in the overweight category. Your ideal BMI is between 18.5-24.9. At 135, your BMI would be within range but on the higher side. Honestly, you sound healthy, but if you want to lose that 8lbs just try making one small caloric change a day. You just have to eliminate 500 calories per week to lose one pound.
