That's not true!!! You can move out and go to Georgia with your boyfriend, it just depends on what state you live in and what their law is. That doesn't make you a skank....
From What I've Read Is That You Can Move Out, However Since Your Not 18 Your Parents Are Still Responsible For Your Actions, They Can Call The Cops And Report You As A Run Away But If You Are Attending High School Like You Should, And He Can Support You Both Then The Cops Wont Do Anything.
And The Whole Skank Thing, Well I Don't Know You So I Cant Judge You. But In My Option I Don't Think A 17yr Old In A Relationship With A 20yr Old, Is A Bad Thing.
