In most cases, depending on how long you were uninsured, the amount of property damage, and if anyone is injured, a license suspension and large fine are not unlikley. For a first offense, I would doubt there'd be jail time invovled. Consider talking to an attorney about this ASAP.
NONE. It was your fault. you'd have to pay for the damage of the other persons car too. dont expect any reward for accident.
Expect to get a ticket for not having the insurance.
The conflict of interest is at a no fault. The sentence should read "We had no fault for the car accident".
yes
no one should be blamed. it is accident, and an accident is an accident.
You should find evidence or witnesses from the accident to give proof (testify) that the accident was not your fault. You could also go to court...
the apponent that does have insuranc eshould pay for any damages
The uninsured driver, assuming they are at fault, can expect to be pursued civilly by either the other driver's insurance company or the other driver. The uninsured motorist can be sued for damages and any other expenses incurred as a result of the accident, including court costs.
YES, ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!
You will probably receive a citation for driving while suspended. If you were not at fault for the accident, the other party involved should have insurance that will cover your loss or damage that resulted in the accident. It is a good thing that you were not at fault in this accident.
The person who causes the accident is at fault
You should file an Auto Accident report with your local authorities, this is a standard procedure for any accident whether you are at fault or not. If you have sustained damages or injuries you should also file a loss notice or a claim with the other party's insurer to receive compensation for your loss.
