I think you shouldn't treat her like a best friend (since she doesn't think you are her best friend) and see how she likes it. Obviously, if she really is your best friend she's gonna want to be around you; so, ignore her for a few days just to see how she reacts.
If you think this is too bold, then that's alright-- it really depends on the person. b/c if she is your best friend, she will remain loyal to you and she will want to be with you again once she realizes what life is like without you.
