No, I don't think you are dying. However, you should go and see your doctor and tell them about the symptoms as they are not something to ignore.
Given that your glands are swollen, you are phlegmy etc the blood could have come down from a sinus infection, this is not uncommon in sinus congestion.
Maybe you can get a doctors appointment today.
