Cooking will kill a lot of vegetative cells, but cooking does not sterilize the food.

Yes, depending where it is left after being cooked. If it is left in the oven or microwave for a couple of days it will certainly grow bacteria.

even thought you cook it it will not get rid of all the bacteria.
