In a very real sense, scientists are always trying to prove themselves wrong. That's what it means to form a hypothesis and test it in order to "falsify" a theory. The best way to prove something in science is wrong is to become a real scientist, and investigate the subject you believe has errors using the scientific method yourself. You could also try watching "Mythbusters". Despite being entertainment, they actually do real science every week.

based on observation of what is wrong with the work of other scientists
they have to make sure that their answers from the similar investigation because it might be wrong
Very often. Scientists make a lot of mistakes. Cause they don't do some of their experiments with love.
By proving that walking under a ladder will not make bad things happen to you, it may be stupidly risky if someone has a tool/bucket/tin of paint and you knock the ladder causing it to hit you but by the scientific process of prediction, testing and conclusion of results we get proof that some superstitions are wrong.
Proving a hypothesis wrong is more helpful because then you know what is incorrect for next time or someone else.

Many religions have been changed overtime by scientific facts either supporting them or proving them wrong. For example, many scientists believe and support the hypothesis of evolution. Proven evidence may change the way someone looks on their own religion. If scientists found the holy grail and all other sorts of artifacts people would believe in Christianity more because of the evidence supporting it.
You would think that proving her wrong would have given him sufficient satisfaction, but he went on to insult her personally and quite cruelly.

Time travel and time machines are things of science fiction at the moment. Theoretical scientists have identified ways to move through time but this is still a long way from a practical application. Science has a habit of proving people wrong when they say something can never be done. It would be a brave or foolish person who says that time travel will never be possible.
Although disproving might be seen to be "not proving" it actually "means proving to be false"

Prove is already a verb because it is an action.Other verbs are proves, proving and proved. Some example sentences are:"I will prove that you are wrong"."This signature proves you are a fraud"."I like proving people wrong"."The facts have been proved".
If you develop an experiment that truly demonstrates that the hypothesis is wrong*, then the hypothesis will lose its acceptance in the scientific community.* Such an experiment would have to be repeatable by other scientists AND accepted by interested scientists as a proof that the hypothesis is wrong.
