If you got the blood on your cut or wiped it on an open cut then yes i would go get checked
ink clogged poresI truly doubt that it's ink clogged pores, it's much more likely that you are having a reaction to whatever you are using on your new tattoo. Many tattooists recommend an antibiotic ointment, as do I, but some may not know that neosporin and triple antibiotic contain neomyacin, which some people are allergic to...Which can cause exactly the conditions you describe...Discontinue using the ointment you are using and switch to lubriderm, a white lanolin and cetyl alcohol based skin moisturizer...You should have no further problems...Hope this helps........
Continue to clean it with the natural sea salt and if its still not healthy in a week, maybe use antibiotic cream on it. Neosporin is a good example. Just be sure to get the cream and not the ointment. The ointment is like vaseline and much too thick for piercings. When you use any creams, rub them in completely. Don't cake them up around the piercing because it'll stop the piercing from draining properly.
It is possible to get an infection in any open wound if not treated, but if you wash it with soap and water, put some triple antibiotic ointment on it then bandage it, it should be fine. If you notice it gets inflammed (red around the wound) consult a doctor.

While surgery is the common treatment for an ingrown, there are other remedies. Some remedies include soaking the toes with warm water and salts, buying new shoes with more room around the toe area, and by applying antibiotic ointment.
in making an ampalaya ointment we should get a drop of blood from a todd, put a leydig cells on the chair and kill all the people around you
It means it will be infected. Try using rubbing alchohol and then put neosporin on it
No, it may do more harm than good, don't mess or guess with any animals eyes.
if you have dry skin behind or around your eye you can treat it by putting on vitamin A cream ( ointment ) careful not to get it in your eye. if that does not work you can try ( Betasonate ) this is an ointment that you can prescribe ,and if that does not work you can go and visit a dermatologist .
the glads in the eye's and to slove ointment, drip's and lotion
Firstly you should rule out eczema. I have eczema like rashes that seem to ONLY fill in my tattoo area...Doctors have told me it is not related to the tattoo, however, I have read about people being allergic to types of ink. You will more than likely have a difficult time getting answers as tattoo shops will not provide info (or limited) and doctors seem to be less versed on these issues but do ask. Try Tea Tree Oil. You can get this at any health food store, Walgreen's, and generally pharmacies will carry this also. It's 100% natural and has been used for generations to sooth and remedy rashes of all sorts. I also used the soap as well, although I'm not sure what good the soap did. Also, MOISTURIZE with no scents or fragrances and preferably hypoallergenic. Hope this helps. I am not in the medical field but I came across this issue and this is what I know.
Likely an infection. Call your doc for an antibiotic
