Well, it depends on the person how you should answer. For instance, if this person doesn't like sexual things, or anything like, sexual, you probly shouldn't say something like, "You have a nice but." But if they're asking you to be honest, and there is something physically you like about them, just tell them them the truth. They're asking for your honesty, so give it to them. (: Hope this helps!
