This completely depends on the country, and in the USA, the state. For example if you kill someone in self defense you may be charged for manslaughter. The general guideline is no not kill people, then you can't get arrested for it.
I don't believe the above answer is completely correct. If someone is attacking you, and you know they intend to do serious bodily harm to you, then you do have the right to defend yourself. If it is truly self defense, then I really doubt you will be charged with manslaughter.
You would have to check the laws in your country and community for specific details, but in general:
Yes, if you genuinely feel that your or another's life or physical well-being is being threatened, you would be justified in countering with deadly force to nullify the threat.
Keep in mind, however, that in a number of jurisdictions personnel trained in combat (police officers, black belt martial artists, and members of the military) are held to a higher standard: the response must be appropriate to the threat. In other words, if you know how to disarm an attacker with a knife, and choose to kill him instead of (or after) doing so, you could be found guilty of a crime such as manslaughter.
No. Time is important. If medical help is given right away the patient can recover. There are also degrees of strokes and heart attacks.
All if them can kill you with an overdose or through other means such as heart attacks, respiratory arrests and strokes.
The world wall fall apart. We as people have no right or validation to decide who gets to live & who dies. Suppose someone wanted to kill you because he/she wanted your expensive new shoes. Is that all right? No.
you have to use your chainsaw bayonet and dodge all of his attacks when you get to the flying hydra part just keep shooting at the hydra and dodge his attacks
Yes you can it all depends on the circumstances. If he attacks you you have the right to defend yourself
You wil have to ask your local police and provide them with all the details.
Not all of you... not right away.
All guns have the capacity to inflict death. It all depends on where the person was shot, but yes, even a small caliber like the .22 can easily kill someone.
no they do not. but all birds kill their young if it is deformed or not right.
I think most people would say yes. In defense of your life or someone else. Most governments say it is alright in the defense of the state. Everyone has to answer this question for themselves. Under the right circumstances anyone can and will kill. No matter what someone may say, we are all capable of it. Is it just or right? That is for the individual and often the court to decide. Ask yourself this. If I am threatening to kill the person you care the most about and you believe I will do it. You can stop me and have the ability to kill me. Will you do it? It helps to know the answer to this before you may need it. It helps to know exactly what you are capable of and willing to do. but we all have the right to life, if we kill the killer we are no better than them
