Bulimic people (people who induce vomiting after eating) lose weight because their body never has the chance to digest any food that they eat.
How much you weigh depends on many different things, not only body fat. Your weight also includes things like muscle and bone.
Without knowing a lot of detail about an individual body, it is impossible to say how much one meal contributes to how much to a person's weight because after it is digested it goes to different parts of the body (some of it might become muscle, some of it might become fat).
