Probably also that they love war. The dictionary definition of monger is here: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/monger But it doesn't seem to have caught up to current usage, quite. If someone is a hatemonger or war monger, they advocate hatred or war, and love to create those kinds of rifts... they are enthusiastic about the hate or the war... by the same token, you could be a peacemonger as well. Monger usually has a negative connotation (so it is derogatory), so a warmonger might call someone advocating for peace a peacemonger because they are putting peace before principles, and also ruining the warmonger's fun. :)
