If someone gets married in Another Country and comes back to the US, the marriage is still legal. You can bring your foreign marriage certificate to the US as proof of the ceremony although the certificate must be issued by a governing body.

No. That is not legal in any European country.

No, you can only be married to one person at a time.

If the marriage is legal in the other country, they are married everywhere in the world.

It is legal in the US as long as you have the documents to prove it. Certified translations are good to have.

if your spouse was married already when u got married, your marriage is not legal, no matter where you are

Your marriage in Pakistan is valid in the US, if someone is married in another country, they cannot get married again in the US or vice versa. The second will be void.

You cannot be married to more than one person at a time. If you are married in the US, you are considered married throughout the world. The divorce can be obtained in any country.

If you are married under the laws of another country, you are considered married throughout the world. If you have one wife, you cannot legally marry another. It is bigamy and is against the law in the United States.

The United States recognizes any legal marriage performed in another country.

As long as you have the legal documentation to prove you are married your marriage shoud be held valid in any other country. (there are some exceptions; for example in some countries polygamy is legal, but not in others)

I'm not sure how a person is 'illegal,' but if the marriage is recognized as legal in the country it was performed in, the US will recognize it as a legal marriage.

You can find the countries where polygamy is legal in the link below. However, you must relocate. If you are not from that country and just go there to get married it will not be legal if you return to a country where plural marriage is illegal. In Western cultures you can only be married to one person at a time. The single exception if Saskatchewan.

Before someone can get married again they must have a finalized divorce decree from the first marriage. Without that the second marriage is not valid.

Yes, as long as it was legal in the country you married in......it will be legal in the US. As long as it's done outside another country, they can not do anything to you (Unless it was illegal in the other country in the first place)

A person can certainly be deported if they are married illegally in the United States. If there is a wife in another nation, the marriage in the United States is not legal.

someone who has a visa to live or work in a country without becoming a citizen a legal resident alien is a person from another country that has permission to be in the current country but for a certain period of time.

It doesn't matter where you got married. You have to get a divorce or an annulment before you can marry someone else. A legal marriage in any country in the world, is also a legal marriage in the US. You can't file for a divorce or annulment in the US unless you are an actual resident of the US

Even if you are pregnate while a minor you still need to get a legal guardans approval before you can be legally married in general, but if you go to another country to get married, and are NOT a legal citizen of that country, it would not be a legal marriage.

It is until you have registered as a married citizen in America.

I think you mean marriage in another countRy. (A county is a subsection of the various States of the USA.) A lawful marriage in a country recognized by the USA would be accepted.

No, not legally. Same-sex marriage is not legal in Nepal or in the Philippines. None of the countries that permit same-sex marriage will allow someone to marry if they are already married to somebody else in another country.No. He can not.
