i would assume its rather frowned upon...
No way! you could get arrested your self because he could press charges and by the way I have a 750 fps airsoft gun there are no laws on an airsoft gun fps
Yes you can shoot someone with an airsoft gun. Airsoft is a sport just like paintball where there is a lot of running, ducking, and shooting at other opponents. Like paintball, you HAVE to wear the proper protective gear like goggles, facemask, gloves, etc.. Keep in mind velocity as well. most AEGs shoot 350 fps out of the box, anything above 450 fps, can break skin. So 400 hundred and under would be airsoft war approved.
NO.Why would the cops just give an airsoft gun to someone in jail?
I think I'm sort of normal. but i play airsoft, i don't shoot people i shoot objects like targets. I would play against people but i haven't seen anyone willing to play so no its not for maniacs
No; a much better way to proceed is to call the authorities. Besides, would you shoot someone if you found him/her trespassing your front lawn? Also, you should be aware that some of them would be the actual coyotes who are smuggling them into the country; most of them are gang members or criminals connected to local drug cartels. Most probably, they can and will shoot you back!
Yes, driving across someone else's grass is trespassing and any destruction would be destruction of property. They could bring suit for both.
If the question is "would this be legal?" then probably it would be OK. If the question is "would this be smart?" then the answer is certainly no. If the intruder is armed, or even willing to put up with the inconvenience of being shot with an airsoft you would probably be in a world of hurt. The intruder may shoot back with a real gun or may just get angry enough to take the airsoft away from you. Incidentally, 'cover' is something that will stop a bullet. In most homes that is only a brick fireplace or a concrete wall. 'Concealment' is something you can't see through but can shoot through, like the wall of a house, a refrigerator, or the living room drapes.
Airsoft guns are used for shooting games. Pellets of air are shot at other players in order to hit opposing players. It is used as game for people who like to shoot.
No
most electric airsoft guns don't shoot metal bbs. the metal airsoft bbs are designed to be used in sniper rifles not machine guns Yes.. kind of pointless unless you have like a 700fps monster though. Not wise but very doable. Assuming its 6 or 8 mm, depending on your aeg caliber.
Assault and battery would be the basic charges.
No age but most shops like model zone would suggest 14. On private property their is no age but the police would tell you off at any age if you were carrying it in a public place. You must be 14 at a airsoft range also.
