No jail time. You have to strike a superior, or something serious like that, to get jail time.
Instead, they would have you medically evaluated to see whether or not you are suitable for duty regardless of the deception during recruiting. They will do that rather than just kicking you out on principle because they need people desperately and they've already invested money in your training. And also because they just aren't going to make it that easy for someone to get out of active duty once they are in. "Oh, I just remembered, I had an xyz problem before enlisting and I never put it on my recruiting form". I'm not trivializing depression personally, but most people do and and that's how they'd see it.
If they decide that you are indeed suitable for active duty after all, then that will be it, you're still in, like it or not.
If they decide that you are not suitable then there will be no punishment, but you will be given a General Discharge. This is not the end of the world.
Pow boom
They kicked someone in the shin and when about their day.
Yes, they can. It certainly isn't a good thing to do and could create lots of problems for the company, but if the company is being shut down, they aren't going to hold it open because someone is in the hospital. There are laws about dismissal when someone is hospitalized due to a work related incident or disease. Depending on the situation, it could cause legal issues.
no it is not right at all there is nothing a cat can do to deserve being kicked in the face
No, being kicked will not cure kidney cancer.
When you get kicked out of your apartment, it is referred to as being evicted.
When you have to be hospitalized for diabetes you are in ketoacidosis, which is when your blood sugar is very high. If you are in really bad ketoacidosis then you may be in a coma.

This all depends on what antidepressant is being used and the individual. Some antidepressants might work for one individual perfectly fine, but not so well for another. So everyone has their own perception of antidepressants being helpful or not. From a medical stand point they are a great tool to treat depression it just might take time to find the right one. Also, combining antidepressants with therapy can make them more helpful.
Yes if kicked hard enough numerous things could happen
