If straight is defined as 'heterosexual' then why are Queer heterosexuals not included in it and if it means masculine regular guys then why are straight men who like men not included as 'straight'?

Wow, that is a mouthful!

There is no such thing as straight men who like men, sexually. In which case, they are either bisexual or do not admit they are homosexual. The concept of a queer heterosexual brings forth images of the metrosexual man, a man who takes good care about his appearance, might wear make-up and is fashion conscious. If you mean straight men who likes men in a non-sexual way, then the homosocial aspect of it enters; men who enjoy spending time with other men but without sexual desire. Eve Sedgewick's Between Men is an interesting book regarding this.

Heterosexuals are men who like women, and one does not have to be effeminate to be a homosexual. Like with all people they are different, and different personalities mean a lot more than for instance sexual preferences; they don't affect you as much as your personality.
