YES!!! There can be lots of proof that you dont relize. Have sex with someone under the age of 18 when you are over the age of 21 is not cool. They can do lie detector test and they can ask him or her all it takes is one person to say something and then Busted!!! Whenever you have statory rape cases they never really prove with hard cold evidence that sex did in fact happen they dont have to all they need is the possiblity that it happened. I know someone that had that happen. The guy was 17 and the girl was 14 everyone admitted it was consintual but the state doesnt care even her parents tried to get in out of the trouble but once the state gets it there is no going back. The bad part was no one went to the cops , somehow someone found out and talked about it and bam here came the trouble!!!
