I think that might be a pretty strong hint. Wish her well, and find another girl. Not if you are friends and can remain friends. But understand this please, she is now joined to her husband. They are one and nothing or no one should come between them. You will have to accept this. When you find someone to be your bride you will not expect her to give up her friends but you will expect her relationships to change just as yours will change with your friends.
