the natural pH of blood is already 7.4(above neutral 7)

Blood contains natural bicarbonate buffers preventing or at least stalling and fixing change in pH.

when your blood rises or drops beyond the natural pH, the chemicals in your blood naturally reacts and fixes the change.

For blood's pH to spike, a strong acid or base has to be absorbed into the bloodstream. it's natural for blood to rise or fall above or below 7.4 but it usually corrects itself in a matter of minutes.
