Say you where in the process of slowing down?
It depends if you got caught. If you did not get pulled over, nothing will happen but you should not continue doing it. If you got pulled over by an officer there is a good chance that you got a ticket, which you will have a fine for and will have to attend a court date.
Less than the speed limit so you won't get pulled over.
Being pulled over a lot for speeding
You COULD be pulled over for 1, because it is a LIMIT, but usually you won't get pulled over for less than 3 since the radar detector has a margin of error, of +/-1 mph but anything over 5 you most probably will get pulled over. Retired NYPD anything 5 or over you will definitely get pulled over, even possibly a ticket.
Depends on whether you're doing it legally or not.
Its the speed of a stoned penguin on roller skates pulled over by an Austrailian cop.

Yes, once he was in his car and was doing 80 in a 40 zone and was pulled over
There certainly is! My dad got pulled over a number of years ago for driving too slow for the lane he was in.
Doing the dishes for someone that hates to do them or for someone who is having trouble bending over to do them. Doing the laundry for someone that is sick or bringing them tylenol/cough drops/etc.
There are no details available about a hit and run accident that Kate Gosselin was involved in. She was however pulled over by police in 2011 for speeding. She was given a ticket for doing 88 mph in a 65 mph speed zone.
The speed limit is the speed limit - that doesn't change. Just because you haven't been pulled over for exceeding it doesn't make it any less illegal to speed.
