No, it is available for Windows, PS4, and Xbox One.
If you have iTunes for Windows and have iOS apps saved on your Windows computer, you cannot actually use the apps in any way on the computer. The one exception would be if you jailbreak, you can be able to use anything on your iPhone's display on your computer. I am not sure how that works, but I know it is possible.
If using Windows XP, vista or windows 7 click on the apps tab and when all of your apps appear click one and press CTRL+A, all of the apps should be clicked then. After that just simply click delete on your keyboard and they should all should be gone.
Windows 8 has new interface that has all your apps in one place.
No i would rather playstation 3
Windows 8 already runs multiple programs at a time. more than 2. If you mean changing between apps, you have to swipe in from the right side of the screen to change apps, or if you are using a mouse and keyboard you have to move your mouse into the top left corner and slide the mouse down the left edge of the screen to show open apps. You can click on one to switch to it or right click it for other options

The best place to download applications for a Windows mobile phone are from the Windows Mobile center on the Microsoft website. One can download applications in a similar way to how iPhone users download from the Apple Store.
