See the link below
Daisy made at least three different rifles named "Golden Eagle," maybe more. My suggestion is to contact Daisy directly. Daisy offers a FREE service to tell you more about your old Daisy. (see the link below)

Daisy made a model Golden Eagle BB rifle but it was a model 104 golden Eagle from 1966-1974. Daisy made a model 88 Hunter rifle, roughly from 1957 - 1960 Daisy made a model 98 Daisy Eagle in three variations from 1955 -1960. (I think this is the rifle you are referring to.)

Alfred Fox Uhry wrote the original play and the screenplay for Driving Miss Daisy (1989).
This simple question has a complex answer: First of all you didn't provide any information about the condition of the rifle. So I can not give you any estimate of value. The Current condition determines the value. Next. I could not find any information on a Daisy model 1405. I have several references. Then I remembered that Daisy and several other air gun companies made airguns for Montgomery Wards and Wards used crossover model numbers starting with 14??. I believe yours may be a Daisy model 98 golden eagle made between 1955-1960. You may want to search the web (photos ) and find a photo of a Daisy model 98 and see if it looks like yours. BTW the Montgomery / Daisy models are not as collectible as a regular Original Daisy models.
No, he does not. Matt Smith has a dog. He has a Golden Retriever called Spinee. He also had another dog, a West Highland Terrier called Monty, when he was in a relationship with Daisy Lowe (she owned the dog).
The first original name was Daisy Hawkins.
