Pure water boils at 100oC at a "normal" air pressure of 1 atm. ( = 1000 milliBar = 1 Bar = 101.3 kPa).

Only at a higher pressure water can be heated to a higher temperature (e.g. 138oC at 3.4 atm.).

Steam can be 'overheated', not water.
