It depends upon your circumstances, but before I decided to look for a job outside the company, I would see if there is any possibility of a new challenge within the company that you currently work for. If this is not possible, decide what you would really like to do and see how your qualifications/experiences would compliment a completely new job elsewhere. Perhaps aim for a more senior role or even decide if you would like to change career directions. I would talk this through with someone that knows you well and that you trust and make sure that you don't do anything drastic until you have something else to move on to.
