The fire doesn't actually "cool". Fire needs 4 things to occur, known as the fire tetrahedron. It needs fuel, oxygen, heat, and a sustained chemical reaction between the three. If too much "air" is added, you are basically robbing the fire of it's fuel source because the ratios are off due to the air/fuel ratio. It becomes to lean to burn any longer. As the flame on the burner becomes robbed of the oxygen it needs and becomes leaner, it begins to produce less btu's, the measure of heat.
During sandstorms, the wind will pick up particles of dust that is loose and can be blown for thousands of miles. The visibility during a sandstorm can be zero.

If there is a problem with the muscles of the pupil then it will not regulate light into the eye correctly.
Blown over, blown down, yes, but not blown away.
Alderran. oh wait... it got blown up. never mind.
Bernoulli's therem used to tell about lift of an air craft wing, Blowing of roofs, Bunsen burner. In bunsen burner, the gas comes out of the nozzle with high velocity.Due to this the pressure in the stem of burner decreases. So air from the atmosphere rushers into the burner. During a storm, the roofs of huts or tinned roofs are blown off without any damagd to other parts of the hut. The blowing wind creates a low pressure on the top of the roof. The pressure under the roof is however greater than on the roof. Due to this pressure difference, the roof is lifted and blown off with the wind./

A big enough gust of wind could possibly blow out pilot light, which would cause burner to go off. Unlikely burner to get blown out by wind.

On each of the two days, before the Musaf prayer (morning or late morning, depending when the prayers began). If the Sabbath occurs on that day (which happens in some years), then the Shofar is not blown that day.

The air will be belched out at some point, but the main concern is that air is not getting to the lungs. Tilt the head back and try again.

They are blown up.
Anything can be blown away in winds if it is not built strong enough to withstand. So yes, A house, barn, fence, ect. could be blown away during the Dust Bowl. Especially if it was older, siding and roofing could have blown away as well. *Answer By Sno*
