Graduation status is not of concern for emancipation - age IS. Some states the law is 17 or 18.
There is no emancipation statute in Arizona. If you have your parents' permission, you can move out, but does not relieve them of their responsibility for your maintenance and welfare.

I am pretty sure it does not matter if you have graduated or not, it only matters if you are 18 or older.
If the parents don't own the house, they cannot give it away in their will. Since one child owns the house, then it was not for the parents to give away.
No... I think it might vary from state to state but in my state You can move outta the house when you are 16 and emancipated legally.
Yes, a 17 year old can move out of their parent's house in Louisiana without the parents permission. Authorities cannot make you move back in with your parents since this is the way the law is set up.
If you are in High School.... NO NO NO NO But if you graduated from High School already then do what you want
In Louisiana, a teenager generally cannot move out of their parents' house without parental consent until they reach the age of majority, which is 18. However, in certain circumstances, such as if the teenager is legally emancipated by the court or with permission from a guardian, they may be able to move out before turning 18.
No you have to be 18 and graduated out of high school to be able to move out with out parental cosent because until then if your parents called the cops you could be in a butt load of trouble with the law...
The age of majority is the legal age. In Arkansas that is 18 and graduated from high school.
