If you are 12 and get spontanious erections at least once every other hour does that mean you are almost over that part of puberty?

Sorry, but possibly not. Everyone is different, but it would not be uncommon for that to carry on for a while longer (into 13 or 14, even). On the other hand, it could stop tomorrow, there is no way of knowing. You'll just bear with it, as embarassing as it can be, it will end.
