It depends. If you hit puberty early like that, then it will stop growing when you are 16 and will be around 8.5-10 inches.
Nobody can say for sure. If your penis is large when you enter puberty then it will grow less during puberty. So if it is small it will grow more during puberty ! The average adult size erect is 6" so you have nothing to worry about.
