Find a new girlfriend. Sexual contact under the age of consent is going to be a crime. And you are not ready to support a child and wife yet.
If she only refers to having sex, then by all means enjoy your relationship properly - use protection, be careful with her, etc. But if she actually means children now, no. You should never consider children until you know what you are doing (ideally at least the age of 18).
