Depends on the state, but in most cases the answer is an emphatic "YES, THEY CAN." Unless you are emancipated, your parents have legal custody over you and can legal bar your boyfriend from seeing you.

∙ 14y agountil you are 18 or not living with them anymore yes they can forbid it.however if you do not llive with them anymore then they have no jurisdiction over you.however if your parents say no,just know that it is because they love you and dont feel like any man is good enough for you.talk to them.
