Could be - yes. If you aren't sure, then take a test.
Realistically however, if you have cramps, you probably are not pregnant. The color of blood also suggests that you are just getting a late start on your period. If it persists or you have other reasons to suspect you might be pregnant, then, by all means get checked out so that you can know for sure

It could be impantation spotting. If you had sex within a day of the spotting starting it could be from the cervix. However if it is changing to red you need to go to see a doctor asap, and make sure your not having a miscarriage.
