the calorie intake for a female whos height is 5'4 /small frame should be aprox 1567 calories if you are trying to maintain your weight and are inactive/or have little or no exercise involved during your daily routines
1808 calories if you are trying to maintain your weight and are modertley active
and 2049 calories if you are very active in your daily routines
additional note if you want to lose weight keep it on a 12oo calorie diet and get the proper exercise, rest, nutrients and you should look and feel great lose pounds and be fine
