Your approximate goal weight should also be determmined not only by your height, but by your gender, body type (small frame, medium, large frame), and age. Some weight charts are to general as they do not take into consideration all of the data I mentioned before. Also, how do you feel? Everyone has their own weight that they feel good at. Try to look at the situation objectively and consider all areas before trying to determine a weight set in stone that is set as just a general rule of thumb.
