If you are a 12-year-old and you weight 104 lbs how would you lose weight?
Well. If your 12 years old it's okay because you're still young
and that's all baby fat. But if you wan't to lose weight follow
1. Eat Healthy Foods meaning: Eat alot in the morning, eat
medium during the afternoon and a little during dinner.
2. Excersize daily: You don't have to use a treadmill or
anything. Before sleeping or when waking, you can just do some
stretches, jumping jacks, jogging on the spot or sit ups.
3. DONT always check your weight. Dont believe that you will
lose weight in a snap. You'll lose weight eventually if you follow
this for sure in less than a month.
Eat small portions of meat, dairies, grains, vegies and fruits
equally. But don't eat the ones that you know are unhealty. Do not
eat anything involving oil or butter. Bake your meat! Vegies should
be boiled with no salt or butter at all!
