It really depends on what your weight mostly consists of. Like if it mostly consists of muscle or mostly consists of fat. DO NOT try to starve yourself to loose weight because it will just lower your motabolism. Low Calorie diets DO NOT work. If you eat less calories a day then your body will burn less calories a day. The best way to loose weight right now is to, eat right. Meaning getting enough fruits and vegetables throughout the day. And eat these foods at the same time each day. Not EXACTLY the same time but you knoe what I mean. And eat atleast four meals consisting of healthy food each day. No it wont make you gain more weight it will balance out your diet, you just need to get about 20 min of exercis in each day, like walking or jogging on a treadmill. Remember; FOOD IS NOT THE ENEMY!
