Managers are generally salaried employees not hourly.
They get all the overtime they want. However they don't get extra pay for it.
Working stat holidays is part of the package.
Many firms tacitly expect salaried staff to voluntarily contribute at least 10% extra time under normal conditions and all of their time under extraordinary conditions.
