Yes, if the teacher is already a strict parent.
It's their way of forcing children to "pay attention" to them.
A strict parent NEVER allows their child to "misbehave"
They want you to grow up to be the best possible person, to have a good job, live a good life, and not make some of the same mistakes they made. A strict parent is looking out for you compared to the parent who let's their children do anything they want.
They can be very strict - especially the Scorpio father. Aside from that, they love and protect their children while trying to teach them independence.
In general, if something is 'strict', it is regarded as severe and authoritarian. For example, a parent could have strict disciplinary standards for their children; or a schoolteacher could be strict with regards to the behaviour of the children under him/her. The term can also mean that a person closely follows or adheres to some principles - for example, a "strict vegan" might be one who adheres very closely to his practices of not eating animal products.
A parent
Usually, strict parents force their children to wait until 18 or 21 - or even marriage! You have to finish high school and get a job to make money to take care of yourself.
Possibly. Of course there are some strict regulations as to why they get them and how much. The link below will take you to the Social Security Administration page for Benefits for Children.
In my opinion a parent should be firm and consistent. This doe not mean unreasonable. Strict is a term used when a minor is in disagreement with the parent. My advice to a minor is to convince the parent that an action is need of change. Reasons for change are: time to make decisions for oneself because it is not dangerous, opportunity in a limited setting to make independent decisions when you have someone to fall back on, opportunity to prove ones worth as a logical thinker. My advice to the parent is to remember that there is a fine balance between safety and over-protection. A child learns independent decision making skills a few steps at a time with trust that if a mistake is made that they can return to the parent.Good luck and good communication makes for a good relationship.
I believe this is very much true. If the parent never let their child make their own mistakes they can never learn from them. Where as, a parent that doesn't hover lets their child make those mistakes and they learn from them rather than being tempted to do them even more.
