45 seconds to a min if ur a beginner if u have been lifting for awhile 30 seconds
I pose a question.. and in turn looking for a suitable answer
At least 300 pounds
not super strong, but if your asking bench, then you should be benching at least 250
There is no recognized standard but you're doing fine if you can bench your own body weight.
You should lift weights about 3 times a week. Any time of the day is good.
if you are lifting excessive amounts of weights unassisted by a machine or spotter you should consider wearing a weight belt to support your lower back and distribute the weight evenly.
i am 15 at the moment and have been training since i was 12. i can now lift about 70kg but an average should be lifting about 25kg
You should be able to lift your own body weight for reps. 145 is a lot! u want to bulk up do more weights less reps and u wanna get toned less weight more reps. benching 145 should be like your max bench so don't feel discouraged if you cant lift 145 right off the bat. stay at it and you will be there soon.
The velocity of the machine should be between 0.2-1 Mpa/sec and until the end of the experiment the velocity should increase at a value of 10%
A BMI of between 19 and 23 would give weights between 58 and 74 kg
You should get a variety weights when buying a free weight equipment set.
if you wanna get strong you should lift heavy weights, heavy weights gives strength and big muscle's, low weights gives fit/slim body
