I guess if it really pissed your spouse off; they could divorce you, but the government will not revoke a marriage licence for a DUI.

However, the government may revoke your driver's license.

Technically yes, but you could also "lose" it for any other sort of crime, or even just because without committing any sort of crime. However, it's certainly not an official penalty for DUI, nor is it even necessarily automatic grounds for a divorce or annulment.
