No, because it sounds more like you have sympathy for what you have put this woman through and have concerns about your child. Rushing into a marriage to make up for a mistake will only cause you both problems and resentments. Your child will not be happy in a home where the two married parents are unhappy with each other and regret their marriage.
If anything, get your personal life in order by yourself. Be a good father to your child, emotionally and financially.
