Proper prodecure is dont go the wrong way on a one way street. If you make a mistake and happen to anyway, then make a U-turn or 3-point turn to turn around if possible. If its too narrow then all you can do is reverse until you get back to the beginning of the one way or to an area where you can safely turn around.

If someone asked "In your dreams, what would I be doing?" then a proper answer would be "You would be going." An even better answer would be "You would be going away" or "You would be going with me." There's nothing grammatically wrong with it, but there are limited contexts in which it would make sense.
